Common questions
Pro vs Hosted: which one?
Pro (€9) = you already serve your own A2A agent and want API keys + the 10× rate-limit bucket + webhook drift alerts on your domains. Hosted (€29) = you don't have an agent yet (or don't want to run one) and we host the card, JWKS, LLM, and route to your MCPs. Hosted includes everything Pro has.
Why are drift alerts on your own agents free but on competitors Enterprise?
Auto-emailing the verified owner of a domain when their own card changes is fair-use observability — they proved ownership. Tracking what competitors ship (skills added/removed, providers swapped) is competitive intelligence on parties who didn't opt-in to be tracked by you specifically. Same data, different consent surface — Enterprise priced.
Why charge in USDC instead of fiat?
x402 USDC on Base settles natively at any amount. A $0.01 call costs $0.01, no minimum-charge floor. Stripe's hard $0.50 minimum would force every paid skill to ≥$0.50 (anti-customer). For card users: top up the prepaid wallet once via Stripe Checkout, then each call debits from balance.
What happens if I exceed the rate limit?
HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header. No monthly call cap, no automatic overage billing. Per-call paid skills are unmetered (cost per call, not per quota). Anonymous: 30/min/IP; signed-in Free: 60/min; Pro: 600/min; Enterprise: 3000/min.
Do you handle EU VAT?
Yes — Stripe Tax collects automatically based on billing address. Provide an EU VAT number at checkout for B2B reverse-charge handling.
